MIND RIGHT
I do a mediation/prayer every day after my morning workout. It's a game-changer, and it takes only 4-5 minutes!
Each day I have the opportunity to put myself in a positive mindset.
I do this by MOVING my body and CONNECTING to my spiritual practice.
By doing this, I not only improve my life, but also the lives of those I love the most.
Today I choose to show up as my best self.
